Channel Manager
As a ClearPath Channel Manager, you will develop and manage partnerships with Managed Service Providers, Value Added Resellers, Systems Integrators and IT Consulting firms. You will assist these partners in selling solutions and/or managed services to "C" level executives. You must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of this skill.
Responsibilities:

Channel Manager is responsible for driving business development efforts with new and key partner organizations resulting in profitable revenue growth for the company through the development of plans, processes and actions that support ClearPath in increasing sales.

Oversee and maintain constant, cordial, and vigilant contact with partners to ensure that every possible sales lead has been exploited to drive maximum customer and ClearPath benefit.

Effectively communicate ClearPath’s value proposition and product knowledge through sales activities, trainings and other events.

Facilitate tactical execution of assigned partner relationships.

Participate with partners in developing and managing business plans that address the incremental growth of ClearPath’s revenue and market share.

Champion the interaction between partner and other functional ClearPath groups (field sales, customer delivery, customer service, engineering, marketing, etc).

Facilitate partner development including partner training, product support, partner sales and presales support.

Prepare timely and accurate forecasts.

Utilize company CRM system. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
Job Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates with the following attributes:

Successful track record in recruiting and closing sales through channel partners.

Strong experience in channel sales contracts, partner negotiations, and partner enablement program and field execution.

Proven track record in managing channel partners with attainment of revenue targets through those partners.

Technical skills necessary to support the development of partner sales organization through strong understanding of how partners deliver value to customers.

At least seven years of sales or business development experience in software, consulting or network services for multi-location opportunities.

Experience in the IT networking and telecommunications sectors.

Superior oral and written communication and negotiation skills.

Local Southern California candidate.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
