Pre-qualification for Service: In order to check if DSL service is available at a particular service location, it is necessary for us to collect the service location address and phone number. This information will then be checked with our partner service provider databases to determine availability. This information will not be transferred to any other organization. Periodically, we may elect to contact those persons who might be impacted by new service availability, bandwidth options, or other product enhancements. If you do not want to contacted for such purposes, please let us know by either e-mailing, writing or calling us at the address or phone number shown above. Please provide us with your exact name, phone number and address, and we will remove your name from that list.

Disclosure to Others: To serve you better, we use information provided by you to perform services that you request. In certain instances, we may disclose some of your information to third parties/business affiliates.
