Maintenance, Monitoring & Repair Service

Monitoring & Management of Local Loop, or "Last Mile" Circuits

ClearPath Networks understands that when your Internet access lines or point-to-point connections go down, it costs your business money and drives down productivity. So we offer a cost effective maintenance, monitoring and repair service that ensures your network access issues are addressed quickly and completely. This management service is available over any service provider-based access circuit.

Our Maintenance, Monitoring and Repair service includes:

  • Around-the-clock network monitoring by ClearPath's Network Operations Technicians team. Each applicable circuit's attributes are entered into a network management program with appropriate contact and problem resolution instructions.

  • Timely notification of performance issues. When a performance issue occurs, ClearPath will contact you via the method you choose (e-mail, telephone call, page, etc) to notify you of the service disruption.

  • Complete follow-through. ClearPath will address the connectivity or performance issue until it is resolved, beginning with calls to the appropriate service provider(s), the placement of trouble tickets, follow-up through trouble ticket closure, and escalation of issues as needed .

This enhanced level of service is available in three packages:

  • Platinum Service (Notification within 1 hour)
  • Gold Service (Notification within 2 hours)
  • Silver Service (Notification within 4 hours)

ClearPath iVPN and Internet access services customers receive Loop Management services as an included part of their service package.
